• Final planning review and timeline confirmation

• Vendor communication and coordination beginning approximately 6–8 weeks prior to the event

• Development and management of the final event timeline

• Oversight of logistics, vendor flow, and event execution

• Event day coordination and management

       

        Service Parameters

• Placement and styling of pre-prepared personal décor items such as guest books, escort cards, favors, and small tabletop elements

• Does not include installation of large-scale décor, rental distribution, or labor-intensive setup or strike

• Additional staffing or production support may be coordinated if required
