This offering is ideal for hosts and companies who want a truly turn-key process, with Events by Chrissie Sue leading all planning, design, vendor management, and event production.
Full-service partnership with an experienced Event Planner & Designer overseeing all aspects of planning, design, and execution
Comprehensive vision development, creative direction, and design leadership from the earliest planning stages
Complete vendor sourcing, recommendations, negotiations, contracting guidance, and ongoing management
Budget and financial oversight
Master planning timelines and production schedules managed in full by Events by Chrissie Sue
Full event weekend planning and coordination (welcome events, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, etc.)
Guest experience strategy and personalization from arrival through departure
Ceremony planning, rehearsal coordination, and ceremony execution (if applicable)
Logistics planning and full vendor communication management
On-site event management and complete production oversight
Overnight accommodations planning and room block coordination (if applicable)

Development of color palettes, mood boards, and comprehensive design decks

- Floral design planning, creative direction, and on-site styling
- Linen, tabletop, and rental sourcing, selection, and management
- Lighting design planning, vendor coordination, and production oversight
- Planning site visits, walkthroughs, and detail appointments with all venues
- Final vendor confirmations, timelines, and detailed production direction
- Creation and distribution of the final Event Portfolio / Master Itinerary to all vendors and stakeholders

On Event Day, Events by Chrissie Sue will:

Act as the primary point of contact for the venue, vendors, and on-site service providers
Oversee event setup, styling, and production execution
Manage the complete event timeline, transitions, announcements, and key moments
Ensure all design elements are executed exactly as planned
Handle final payments, gratuities, and on-site vendor needs
Lead breakdown and strike logistics as applicable
