The ELITE service is designed for hosts who have already begun the planning journey. Your event date is secured, the venue and caterer are booked, and at least one additional vendor is in place, but you’re seeking professional reinforcement to thoughtfully design, refine, and secure the remaining elements. Whether time is limited or you’d simply value expert guidance, this service steps in to elevate what’s already underway.

What some in the industry may refer to as partial planning, we approach as a collaborative partnership. Our clients remain fully engaged with their contracted vendors, while we provide the professional oversight needed to seamlessly pull every detail together. The result is a cohesive, well-styled event executed with intention, precision, and elevated design.

As your event approaches, we transition into the role of primary liaison, managing communication with your venue and vendors to ensure every moving piece is aligned. On event day, we lead the execution of the vision we’ve built together, alleviating unnecessary stress and allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the experience.

If you’re a host looking to partner with an experienced Event Planner mid-process, seeking design support, refined styling, and hands-on event management, the ELITE service is the perfect fit.

Following booking, we’ll schedule a call or in-person meeting to establish a strong foundation and clearly define the scope of our collaboration. While we provide curated recommendations and trusted resources for every element of your event, all final vendor selections and contracts remain directly with you, ensuring transparency, control, and confidence throughout the process.

The Events by Chrissie Sue “ELITE” Collaborative Event Management + Styling service based on each client(s) style & budget includes:

​

  • Collaboration with an experienced Event Planner/Designer on styling assistance and event management leading up to and during your event

  • Scheduled consultations with you via phone, email, zoom and in person to acquire a clear understanding of your specific event vision while providing guidance and support with the planning and design of your event

  • Partial Vendor sourcing, referrals & vendor negotiations

  • Event design concept development & creative direction

  • Custom collaborative planning timelines & production schedules

  • Event weekend collaborative planning (welcome events, farewell brunches, etc.)

  • Guest experience planning & personalization

  • Ceremony planning & rehearsal coordination (if applicable)

  • Logistics management & vendor communication

  • On-site event management & production oversight

  • Overnight Accommodations (if applicable)

  • Color palette, mood boards & style guides

    • Invitation suite coordination & stationery guidance

    • Décor design (tablescapes, lounge areas, signage & installations)

      • Floor plan layouts & guest-flow planning

      • Floral design coordination & styling guidance

      • Linen, tabletop & rental curation

      • Lighting design planning & production coordination

  • Planning Site/Detail Appointments with contracted venue(s).

  • Final Vendor confirmations and detailed direction in the weeks prior to the event.

  • Final Detail Appointments with each venue contact in the weeks prior to event.

  • Distribution of the final approved Itinerary / Event Portfolio to all Vendors.

  • On Event Day, Events by Chrissie Sue will:​

    • Work with the Venue and act as point-of-contact to all Vendors

    • Set up of basic décor such as: Guest Book, Escort Cards, Menu Cards, Favors, etc.

    • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated.

    • Oversee timeline of events, announcements, and traditions throughout the event

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors and on-site service providers.
