Consultation + Advice
The “GUIDE ME” service is hourly based in ten hour increments created for the celebrant who wants to be actively involved in the planning and design of their event, but may not have the time or resources to do everything on their on-going To Do List and would benefit having assistance with particular elements of their planning process. Or, sometimes clients just need that go-to person they know you can count on to help when needed. We can be that someone for you, offering professional event planning + design advice or guidance as you need or want it for your Wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or Social Affair.
If you are a Do-It-Yourself Host but need some assistance Getting-It-Done, then the Guide Me service is just for you!
This service is designed as an hourly consultation and is booked in ten hour blocks of time to be used for
planning + design purposes determined by you. This service cannot be used as day of direction, for this see Be There.
After booking, we schedule a phone call or meeting to learn more and to discuss the specific aspects of the event. This meeting creates the foundation of what we will do together and define the scope of work. Professional planners have many resources and recommendations for all elements of an event which we provide suggestions for. However, our clients make the final choices and will sign contracts directly with each vendor they choose.
