Hourly Based Planning
The “GUIDE ME” service is an hourly based "add on" option, booked in ten hour increments created for the person who does not have the time or resources to do everything on their on-going To Do List and would benefit having assistance with particular elements of their planning process. Or, sometimes clients just need that go-to person they know you can count on to help when needed. With this "add on" service, we can be that someone for you, offering professional event planning + design advice or guidance as you need or want it for your upcoming event.
If you are a Do-It-Yourself Host but need some assistance Getting-It-Done, then the Guide Me add on service is just for you!
This "add on" service is designed as an hourly consultation and is booked in ten hour blocks of time to be used for
planning + design purposes determined by you. This service cannot be used as "day of" direction, for this service, see "Be There."
As an "add on", the GUIDE ME service can only be paired with an existing service offered by Events By Chrissie Sue. After booking, we would schedule a call to learn more and to discuss the specific aspects of the event. This meeting creates the foundation of what we will do together and define the scope of work. Professional planners have many resources and recommendations for all elements of an event which we provide suggestions for. However, our clients make the final choices and will sign contracts directly with each vendor they choose.
